Hi Mark

 

I email to request your agreement to extend Council’s decision timeframe to 17 May 2019.  This date coincides with Council’s Ordinary Meeting scheduled for 16 May 2019, at which the application will be considered and decided.

 

The request is sought to satisfy legislative requirements under the Planning Act 2016, which in this case requires written agreement between Council and the applicant to extend the subject timeframes.
