We are Sunshine Coast residents who will be directly affected by this development should it proceed.

 

We are also not for or against this type of development.

 

What we believe is for developments of this kind to be limited to topographical areas that suit, that have flat land, easy access to highways, supporting road infrastructure and definitely no close neighbours or towns.
