              1. This site is provided with stormwater quality treatment devices which capture and store
                 pollutants from stormwater runoff generated on the site. These devices are required to be
                 routinely checked and serviced/cleaned out as per Maintaining Vegetated Stormwater Assets,
                 Version 1 (Water by Design, 2009). Records of maintenance activities undertaken are to be
                 kept and made available to council officers upon request.
