7    ORDINARY MEETING REPORTS


     1      APPLICATION OF NATIONAL COMPETITION POLICY REFORM FOR 2018-19
            BUDGET
            Council Resolution
            Moved:           Cr Glasgow
            Seconded:        Cr Jurisevic
            That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the Ordinary Meeting
            dated 21 June 2018 and:
            A.   Continue to apply the Full Cost Pricing reform option to the Waste Management
                 business activity for the 2018/19 financial year in accordance with section
                 44(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 2009; and
            B.   Continue to apply the Code of Competitive Conduct to the Holiday Parks
                 business activity for the 2018/19 financial year in accordance with section 47 of
                 the Local Government Act 2009.

     2      FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE REPORT – MAY 2018
            Council Resolution
            Moved:           Cr Jackson
            Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
            That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the Ordinary Meeting
            dated 21 June 2018 outlining May year to date financial performance against budget.
                                                                                         Carried.
