 Issue - power
 It is unclear how electrical power will be supplied to the development. It is noted that
 No 67 does not appear to have a current service connection.

 Information Required
     18. Provide additional detail on how electrical power will be provided to the
         development.


Response
A combined electrical connection is to be provided to a property pole identified in the
corner of the site. This arrangement allows for a single connection to supply power to all
units within the site.
