COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL


That Council
A. Note the report by the Strategic Procurement & Contracts Advisor to the General Committee
   Meeting dated 6 October 2026;
B. Note the administrative process undertaken to establish and maintain the Sole and Specialised
   Supplier Lists;
C. Adopt the Sole Supplier List provided at Attachment 1 of the report for the next twelve (12)
   months; and
D. Adopt the Specialised Supplier List provided at Attachment 2 of the report for the next twelve
   (12) months.
