2.3.2   RENE STREET
The site also gains access via Rene Street, which is classified as a minor road under the
jurisdiction of Noosa Council, and has the following characteristics.
       Sealed, median divided, two-lane, two-way urban road;
       Kerb and channel on both sides of the carriageway;
       Bicycle lanes in both directions; and
       No posted speed limit, assume 50 km/h speed limit.
The general form of Rene Street at the site frontage is shown in Figure 2-5.
