Re: Minor Change to Operational Works Approval - OPW 20/0145 for Reconfiguration of Lot for “Noosa
Business Centre” (NBC) at 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville (Lot 3 on SP246584)

Further to previous communications and site inspections, we have revised our documentation to facilitate a change
to our Operational Works Approval, OPW20/0145.02. This change incorporates changes to Road A to provide safer
crossfall transitions, as well as alterations to the existing roundabout on Walter Hay Drive, providing a safer single
lane transition into the site. This change includes:


Road A

This minor change proposes:
     The revision of cross fall to ensure fall is consistently made to the kerb; and
     Revised biopod locations to align with the revised cross fall methodology.


Walter Hay Drive Roundabout

This minor change proposes:
     Extended Chevrons, replacement of pavement symbols and line marking; and
     Replacement of existing signage.


Both proposed changes to the Operational Works Approval efficiently provides a simplified and safer access
transition into Road A from Walter Hay Drive.
