In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU21/0104), on behalf of R & M Salmon we
hereby notify Council that we intend to start public notification in accordance with s.17 of the Development
Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that:

    •   A notice will be published in the Noosa Today on 15th October,
    •   A notice will be placed on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment
        Rules on 15th October, and
    •   The owners of the adjoining premises will be notified of the application on 13th October.
