INTRODUCTION Bax Engineering has been commissioned by Mr Michael Klobas of Juklo Pty Ltd to provide an engineering assessment for the proposed development at 9 Bartlett Road, Noosaville. The report is intended to support the development application seeking approval for a Material Change of Use. The proposal covers a site area of 1,528m2 and is currently used as a storage business. It is proposed that the development would consist of a single, two storey building with three separate industrial warehouse tenancies.
