3. Details of Submission
I (We), make the following submission:
We fully support the proposed expansion as set out  and look forward to the day when further expansion will include
at least one of the larger Department stores.
We have been resident landowners in Noosa Shire now for over 16 years and perhaps the only ‘downfall’as we see it  is
the need to travel to Maroochydore to do any ‘serious’ shopping.  Whilst in Maroochydore area for that purpose it is not
uncommon to run into or notice many likeminded Noosa residents.  On any day a great deal of the traffic on
southbound roads without doubt consists of people from Noosa and environs taking their trade elsewhere.
With proper controls we can see no reason why the people of Noosa are denied appropriate 21st century services.
