          AUTHORITY 1
          The Registered Owner of the above site consents to the Customer and Applicant submitting a BA/DA for the property
          as noted above and to receive a permit to build on said property and have signed below.

          AUTHORITY 2
          The Customer and Registered Owner agree to the lodgement by Metricon Homes Qld Pty Ltd of the BA/DA on our
          behalf to either a Private Certifier as nominated by Metricon Homes Qld Pty Ltd or direct to Local Council. It is further
          agreed that should Metricon Homes Qld Pty Ltd choose to lodge with a Private Certifier, then such nominated Private
          Certifier is authorised to make amendments considered necessary.
          It is further agreed to give authority for an agent from the nominated Private Certifier to lodge and sign any Council or
          State Government forms necessary for submission for and on our behalf.

          AUTHORITY 3
          Some Councils require a bond paid with the BA/DA to cover a variety of situations which may occur during house
          construction, for example damage to footpaths, existing roads, completion of driveways, letter boxes etc. the
          Customer will be responsible to pay such bonds directly to Council and provide Metricon Homes Qld Pty Ltd with a
          receipt as proof of payment prior Authority to Commence Construction. The customer understands they will be
          responsible to claim refund of any bond directly from the Council.

          AUTHORITY 4
          Metricon are happy to advise your covenant and design application process has begun. In signing this form you
          acknowledge that your landscaping plan is a representation of the requirements in the design guidelines, and that this
          plan is primarily for covenant approval. Any amendments to your landscaping plan will require a resubmission to your
          developer, which is the responsibility of the customer/s.
          You also acknowledge and provide consent for a Metricon representative to sign (if required) the developer application
          form on your behalf.
          Please note that your developer required a bond payment to release your covenant approval. Please refer to the
          bond requirements detailed in the covenant guidelines and provide Metricon with a payment receipt.
          Once we are in receipt of your signed consent form, Metricon will lodge your current set of contract plans, application
          form, colour selection and landscaping will be submitted to your developer for approval.
