Main objections are:
- At 12m high it will visually overpower existing buildings
- A significant portion of the development is to be built on land zoned "recreational and open space"
- Zoning maps indicate it is a "Core Koala Habitat", "a Koala Priority Habitat" - I think the Noosa Area koalas have it hard enough as it is
-The DA suggests that the guests and staff will be arriving and leaving on 2 wheels or public transport - which century are these people living in????? No one travels to a resort this way.

Developments such as these serve to undermine the integrity of the Noosa Plan 2020. With rampant homelessness and skyrocketing house/rental prices, we don't need more developments for tourists. We need housing for people to work here to cater to the EXISTING tourist load in Noosa.

Please stop destroying Noosa habitats for tourism!
