parcels with an ‘EL’ were purchased with the Environment Levy previously.
2. New Noosa Plan
325 & 375 Lake Flat Road, Boreen Point are zoned as Rural under the New Noosa Plan and the
land is largely outside the flood hazard overlay. The land is also mapped as having a High Potential
Bushfire Intensity in the event of a fire (see Map 3).
