                ENDED 30 JUNE 2120 AND EVENTS SUBSEQUENT TO THAT DATE
      ‘This representation letter is provided in connection with your audit of the financial report of Nousa
     Biosphere Reserve Trust for the year ended 30 June 2020, for the purpose of capressing an opinion as
      to whether the financial report is presented fuirly, in all material respects, in accordance with
      Australian Accounting Standards to the extent stated in the notes to the financial report and the
      Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 and Division 60 of the Australian
      Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Regulation 2013.
      We confirm, to the best of our knowledge and belief
      1.   We have fulfilled our responsibilities, as set out in the terms of the audit engagement dated 21
          November 2016, for the prepurution of the fmancial report in accordance with Australian
          Accounting Standards to the extent stated in the notes to the financial report and the Auttrufian
           Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 and Division 60 of the Austruliun Charities
           and Not-for-profit; Commission Regulation 2013; in particular the financial Teport is fairly
          presented in accordance therewith.
     2.   Significant assumptions used by us in making wccounting estimates arc reasonable,
     3.   Relutect party transactions have been appropriately accounted for.
     -   All events subscquent to the date of the financial report and for which Australian Accounting
         Standards requires adjustment or disclosure have heen adjusted or disclosed.
    5.    The effects of uncorrected misstatements are immaterial, both individually and in the aggregate,
