2. SITE DETAILS
2.1. Background
A development permit for Multiple Housing Type 2 – Duplex was issued on 16 July 2019. The
duplex replaced a two storey detached house and comprises 2 x 2 bedroom, 2 storey dwelling
units. Separate access from Pacific Avenue and Hill Street is provided. Each dwelling unit contains
a single garage whilst an additional car park/turn around bay is also provided on the subject site.
