On behalf of Eagle Rise Developments Pty Ltd, please find attached our Application for a Development Permit for the Staged Reconfiguration of Lots by Residential Subdivision (2 Lots into 21 Lots), involving land described as Lots 3 & 6 on RP149498, Lot 31 on RP149497 and Lot 10 on SP241386, situated at Eagle Drive and Tait Street, Tewantin Qld 4565.

In support of this application, please find attached:

·         Completed Individual Landowner Consent Forms;

·         Completed IDAS Forms 1 & 7; and

·         A digital copy of Planning Report No. 60500 prepared by Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd.
