7    PETITIONS

     1      PETITION: REQUEST TO COUNCIL TO DISCONTINUE USE OF 1080 IN NOOSA
            SHIRE

            Council Resolution

            Moved:           Cr Bolton
            Seconded:        Cr Wilkie

            That the petition tabled by Cr Bolton requesting Council to discontinue the use of
            1080 in the Noosa Shire be received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to
            determine appropriate action.
                                                                                      Carried.


     2      PETITION: REQUEST TO COUNCIL TO RELOCATE THE BATS FROM THE
            WALLACE PARK PRECINCT

            Council Resolution

            Moved:           Cr Wellington
            Seconded:        Cr Pardon

            That the petition tabled by Cr Wellington requesting Council to relocate the bats from
            the Wallace Park precinct to a nearby National Park be received and referred to the
            Chief Executive Officer to determine appropriate action.
                                                                                          Carried.
