To whom it may concern,

In relation to the above application I make the following submission:

I have reviewed the application material and reports as included on Councils PD Online. I offer my support for the project based on a number of points.


  *   The Noosa Plan 2020 clearly identifies the preferred land use for the site as Tourist Accommodation and what is proposed meets this definition.


  *   The application is to change an existing current approval for a resort on the site.



  *   Noosa is without a quality tourist accommodation offering and what is proposed will bring this to Noosa.



  *   Environmental responses within the reports follow a sound methodology addressing any areas of concern.



  *   Large areas of this precinct have been given over for the environment and it is balanced that this site along with the others in Serenity Close are allowed to be developed.



  *   Economic opportunities that will occur during the building along with once it is operational will have a positive impact to the Noosa economy.
