INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue – Bicycle Rack
Condition 14 of the higher order Decision Notice (MCU20/0103) specifies the provision of a bicycle rack to accommodate a minimum of two bicycles to be accessible at all times.
Information Required
Please provide an amended plan that details the location and type of bicycle rack in accordance with Condition 14 of the MCU20/0103.
Issue – Frontage Retaining Wall
The approved Architectural Plans from the higher order MCU20/0103 detail the inclusion of a low retaining wall around the existing tree to remain at the front of the property. The submitted engineering drawings do not include any detail for this low retaining wall.
Information Required
Please provide an amended plan, prepared by a suitably qualified person that provides detail of the height and proposed material of the retaining wall in accordance with Condition 23 of the higher order Decision Notice (MCU20/0103).

Issue – Landscaping
The submitted landscaping plans do not comply with the requirements of Condition 25 of the higher order Decision Notice (MCU20/0103).
Information Required
Please submit an amended landscaping plan that addresses the required amendments a) through e) of Condition 25 of MCU20/0103.
Issue – Existing Tree Retention
Condition 28 and 29 of the higher order Decision Notice (MCU20/0103) require the resubmission of the Arboriculture Report with the listed amendments a) through e) to be made to the report.
Information Required
Please resubmit the ‘Arboriculture Report and Tree Protection Methodology / Plan 13 Noosa Dive Noosa Heads’ prepared by Australian Tree Contractors & Arboriculture Consultants P/L with the amendments made as required by Condition 28 and 29 of MCU20/0103.
Issue – Construction Management Plan
Condition 40 of the higher order Decision Notice (MCU20/0103) requires the submission of a preliminary Construction Management Plan that addresses multiple issues (as listed in the Condition).
Information Required
Please submit a preliminary Construction Management Plan that addresses all issues listed in Condition 40 of MCU20/0103.
