I write on behalf of my clients, CAMJENK PTY LTD AS TRUSTEE FOR WAGSTAFF SECURITY TRUST C/- WENDY
WAGSTAFF & JOHN WAGSTAFF as owners of the property located at 2/54 PARK ROAD NOOSA HEADS 4567 as
described as LOT 2 BUP 6736.

As outlined in the attached drawings, my client proposes to undertake alterations to the existing Dwelling Unit which will
require Councils consideration in relation to changing the existing Development Approval.
