We are nearby residents at 3/27 Ross Crescent, Sunshine Beach.

We object strongly to the requested MCU change to short term letting, the Noosa LGA has an extreme shortage of long term letting properties, this issue has been highlighted by the Noosa Council Mayor.

R1 zoned properties should NOT be used for holiday letting and we request that the Noosa Council enforces their rules.
