RE:       CONFIRMATION OF REFERRAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 5.3 OF THE DEVELOPMENT
ASSESSMENT RULES FOR DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION OVER LAND AT 28 EENIE CREEK ROAD (PART
LOT 1 ON SP322201) COUNCIL REF: MCU23/0135.


Stockwell Development Group Pty Ltd as the applicant, pursuant to Part 2, Section 5.3 of the Development
Assessment Rules, give notice to Council that the above-mentioned application was referred to the State
Assessment Referral Agency (SARA) and Energex on 3 November 2023 for the following referral triggers:


         SARA (Concurrence)
               o   Schedule 10, Part 9, Division 4, Subdivision 1, Table 1 (Development exceeding thresholds
                   in LGA2)
         Energex (Advice)
               o   Schedule 10, Part 9, Division 2, Table 2 (Material Change of Use of premises near a
                   substation site or subject to an easement)
