Similarly, during construction, activity within the
site would not be seen from this location, due to
the intervening vegetation and landform,
however, some taller machinery may be visible
glimpsed above the treeline during installation
of the monopole, in the background of the views
from this location. Overall, this would result in a
low level of modification and a minor adverse
visual impact.
