To The Assessment Manager, | wish to strongly object to the application for a meat processing business at 82 Patterson Drive, Tinbeerwah. Reference Number MCU21/0154 1am an 89 year old widow living out my days in this quiet community. | am horrified to see that my land will share a boundary with the property mentioned in this application. This shared boundary is the exact corner where the processing shed is located. | base my objection on 4 factors. 14. Ihave read the application and do not believe the applicant can guarantee there will be no noise at all from the saw cutting up the carcasses. It is a shed. 2. The keen sense of smell of various vermin will be an obvious problem regardless of the proposed cleaning and removal of the waste product and blood. 3. lam also aware the applicants business may grow in the future creating additional problems. The applicants states plans to increase the range of products. 4. House valuations in the area will most probably decrease, especially those with shared boundaries to a meat processing plant. Businesses such as meat processing plants, big or small, do not belong in a residential area. Thank you, Sheila Kirk 15 MacKay Crt Tinbeerwah
