                                                                              allowance of 10sqm and seeks to consolidate the
                                                                              signage for the premises through a single sign rather
                                                                              than multiple signs thereby reducing visual clutter;
                                                                              The proposed sign complements the built form
                                                                              environment which it is exhibited. The site is located
                                                                              within an industrial business locality which comprises
                                                                              of other signage of a similar or greater dimensions.
