As shown in Figure 1, it is proposed to provide a total of 67 on-site car parking spaces, including three person

with disability (PWD) bays. This provision exceeds the Noosa Plan requirements identified in Table 2. In

addition, six motorcycle spaces are proposed, which is consistent with the number of spaces required by Noosa

Planning Scheme Policy 26 —- Motorcycle and Motor Scooter Parking (ie one space per 10 car parking spaces).

Based on the above, the proposed on-site car and motorcycle parking provision meets the requirements of the

Noosa Plan and is considered more than sufficient to accommodate the parking demand generated by the

development.

The car parking spaces located adjacent to the service station shop and entertainment and dining use have been

widened to 2.7m, as shown in Figure 1.
