ROL Conditions:

*	Nil

 

OPW Conditions:

 

*	Condition 27 – Difficult to comply here with the current uncontrolled fill on site. To get Level 1 requires removal of the uncontrolled fill. Level 2 likely the more suitable metric here as it does not require RPEQ sign off but still undertakes the necessary tests as per AS3798. Plus, its not a Council asset so Level 1 is not required so as long as building footings are designed to the appropriate site classification.
