To whom it may concern,

I am Kip Morath from 23 coolah place, Cooroibah and I wanted to put in a good word for the new car wash proposal at 34 Elm street, Cooroy.
Having lived here for 15 years I have seen how our town has grown. This car wash, especially with its big bays for caravans and RV’s is just what we need. A lot of our friends come and stay in their caravans and finding a place to give them a good clean has always been tough. Having this car wash in Cooroy would be wonderful for them and many of us locals who are on tank water.
I like that the proposed site is in the middle of things and on a main road. It is easy to get in and out of which is a bonus for everyone, especially if you are heading north or south from the noosa shire.
In addition to that, hearing about th water saving technology and the effort to keep our environment clean makes me feel good about supporting the car wash.
All in all, I think the car wash is a great idea, the location is perfect and it can only benefit Cooroy.

Regards
Kip Morath
