Ltr-250131-s52 Minor Change to Development Application-Royal Mail
31 January 2025 The Assessment Manager Noosa Shire Council PO Box 141 Tewantin QLD 4565 Attention: Nadine Gorton – Planning Coordinator Dear Nadine, S52 MINOR CHANGE TO DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION – 118 POINCIANA AVENUE & 26 DIYAN STREET, TEWANTIN (COUNCIL REF: MCU23/0090, DBW23/0073 & RAL23/0012) In accordance with Section 52(1) of the Planning Act 2016, and on behalf of Queensland Venue Co Pty Ltd, we wish to make a change to the current development application based on changes made to the proposed operations on site in response to the matters raised by Council as part of the request for further information. The application currently seeks approval for the following development permits: Development Permit for Material Change of Use – Extension to Hotel Development Permit for Buildings Works assessable against the Planning Scheme – Demolition in the Heritage Overlay Development Permit for Reconfiguration of a Lot – Boundary Realignment (2 into 2 lots) We hereby request the removal of the Development Permit for Reconfiguration of a Lot – Boundary Realignment (2 into 2 lots) from the application. This change is necessitated by the fact that the shop component, specifically the relocation of Liquorland, is no longer proposed. The initial purpose of the boundary realignment was to ensure that the relocated shop would be contained within 118 Poinciana Avenue. Since the shop component is no longer part of the development proposal, the boundary realignment has become redundant. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your confirmation of this minor change to the development application. if you have any questions about this request, please do not hesitate to contact Andrew Aldridge (Senior Consultant) on 0450 697 767. Yours sincerely, Kris Krpan – Director [email protected] Ltr-250131-s52 Minor Change to Development Application-Royal Mail
