Good evening,
The conversation about the new development in Serenity Close is open to the public.
I am the public and I strongly oppose to a development this Hight.
Has the Council sincerely amended its town plan to allow buildings higher than 3 stories?
When did that happen? Why was the public {I} not informed?
Apart from my query, I wonder if the people of Noosa really want or need a 5 Star Hotel ?
In that Area? Congested as it is? Infrastructure?
And  it is ugly. Has got no character and style. It looks cheap.
