HOFMANN DRIVE, NOOSAVILLE, FORMALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 4 ON
SP246584 AND LOT 1 ON SP222982 (COUNCIL REFERENCE: MCU18/0054)
In accordance with Section 5.3 of the Development Assessment Rules and on behalf of Noosa
Spotlight Property 2 Pty Ltd, we wish to advise that a copy of the development application, including
supporting documentation, application forms and the Confirmation Notice received from Council for
the above-mentioned application, were forwarded to the Department of State Development,
Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning as the State Assessment and Referral Agency (‘SARA’) on
3 June 2019. The referral fee is currently being paid by The Applicant.
The cover letter for this referral under Section 54 of the Planning Act 2016 is attached for your
reference.
