                                  STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN

1.0 INTRODUCTION
This Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) has been commissioned by Leo Alley Drive
Developments Pty Ltd (PWH) to support a development application for 11 Leo Alley Road,
Noosaville. This SMP contains information relating to the stormwater quality and quantity
management of runoff associated with the development.

Noosa Shire Council (NSC) requires that stormwater quality and quantity be appropriately managed
and treated prior to discharge from the site. The Queensland State Planning Policy (SPP 2017) also
requires that urban development projects demonstrate how the potential impacts to receiving
environments are mitigated. The objective of this SMP is to outline the requirements for effective
stormwater management for the development in its entirety.

2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION

2.1      Site Location

The proposed development is located at 11 Leo Alley Road, Noosaville. The real property description
is Part of Lot 252 on SP104257. Refer to Figure 1 for further detail.

The site is approximately 0.5 ha in size and has compacted hardstand for an existing landscaping
supply business.

2.2      Proposed Land-use

The proposal is for an industrial complex consisting of 21 industrial units and associated
infrastructure. Refer to the enclosed site plan in Appendix A for more details.
