Plans for the Visitor Information Centre’s
first refurbishment in 10+ years commenced
with a vision for becoming a true inspiration hub to showcase in an engaging way the wonderful
experiences that Noosa offers the 200,000 plus visitors to the centre each year.

Supporting Noosa’s vision to be plastic-free, we introduced new silicone, lightweight, collapsible
water bottles for visitors to purchase at the Centre.

New and existing operators continued to be showcased to our Visitor Information Centre holiday
consultants and volunteers through regular famils, site inspections and Buzz Nights. This
underpinned our forward focus on maximising our visitors’ experiences and subsequent local spend
via local knowledge and taking a more concierge approach to visitor engagement.
