Thanks for providing the decision notice package approving the above development application today.

The applicant has reviewed the decision notice and requested that we advise Council that there is no intention to lodge changes representations with Council in response to this decision notice nor file a notice of appeal with the Planning and Environment Court.  The applicant therefore requests Council to formally advise all submitters of Council’s decision as required under the Planning Act as soon as possible.
