I am a resident of Peregian Beach and fully support the development     proposed for the land on 215

David Low Way Peregian Beach.


This development    will make best use of this vacant land and create real value and benefit for the

local Peregian area. I have no objection to the uses proposed in the development     being visitor

accommodation      and multiple housing.
