     ADG Consulting Pty Ltd has prepared this report for Craig & Nathan Francis and SCG Consulting Engineers
     in accordance with the agreed scope of work. The services performed by ADG have been conducted in a
     manner consistent with the normal level of care and expertise exercised by members of the
     environmental consulting profession. No other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, is made as
     to the professional advice included in this report.

     This report is solely for the use of Craig & Nathan Francis and SCG Consulting Engineers and ADG accepts
     no responsibility for the use of any part of this report for any other purpose or by third parties, as it may
     not contain sufficient information for the purposes of other parties or users. This report must only be
