Please accept this tardy submission because I have been away for 4 weeks.
We don't have enough koalas.
We have plenty of shopping places, eating places, petrol stations. It is always hard on existing centres such as the Junction, Civic Centre when a new centre is often prematurely opened.
Please dont clear more land.
To propose this over the Xmas New Year period does not give locals, often an older population of parents, grandparents the iinformarion at a time they are likely to be aware of the environmental significance  of this proposal not to mention the effect on existing businesses.
It might be a Developer's dream but not one that fosters community harmony and prosperity.
