                 RE:      Lodgement of Development Application for Operational Works Associated with a
                          Development Permit for Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot – 1 into 2 lots (Council
                          Reference: RAL24/0003) at 41 Tallowwood Pl Black Mountain described as Lot 36 RP 897845

                 On behalf of the owner of the site, KM Loy & RJ Raveane, Brennan Planning hereby lodges an application
                 for a Development Permit for Operational Works (Access, Frontage Works, Landscaping & Vegetation
                 Clearing) under the Planning Act 2016.

                 In support of this application please find enclosed:

                      + Appendix A – Civil Engineering Plans prepared by Callaghan and Toth;

                 works codes:

                     + Landscaping Code;
                     + Water Quality & Drainage Code;

                 An assessment against the abovementioned applicable codes has revealed that the development is
                 compliant with, or can be conditioned to comply with, each. Please refer to the Engineering Plans at
                 Appendix A, which illustrate compliance with the applicable provisions.
