Works to be assessed by Noosa Council. In support of this application please find enclosed:

        Management;
    ● Landowner’s consent;
    ● DA Form 1;
    ● RAL20/0017 Approved Plans;
    ● Proposal Plans prepared by Aboda Design Group;
    ● Engineering OPW Plans and Site Based Stormwater Management Plan prepared by Barlow Shelley
        Consulting Engineers; and
    ● Landscape OPW Plans prepared by Anembo Consultants.

Payment of the relevant fee will be made once a reference number and invoice has been received. We
thank Council for assessing the above application. Based on the information provided in this application
