Letter of Owners Consent

Individual owner’s consent to the making of a development application under the
Sustainable Planning Act 2009

I/We Lutheran. Queensland of. Australia QLD. District as owner of premises identified as 115 Eumundi
Noosa Road, described as Lot 1 on SP228052, consent to the lodgement of a development
application under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 by the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
Noosa, for the purpose of obtaining a Development Permit for Material Change of Use of
Premises for a Community Use, Wellbeing Type 3 - Worship (Alterations and Additions to

Existing Church).

The Sustainable Planning Act 2009 is administered by the Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning,
Queensland Government.
