Hi Nadine,

We are ready to lodge back the information request – I’m just waiting on the Stormwater Mg Plans to be completed.  The SWMP, triggered some minor plan changes – we had to find a location of the onsite detention tanks.  I recommend behind the “proposed” pool house – amongst the landscaping.   New landscaping plans have been completed.

To allow the Engineer to finalise – I will need to stop the clock.   I’ll stop for 10 business days – however, I am hoping to receive the plans this week.

DA Rules: s 32 Stopping a current period, s 32.1 The applicant may stop a current period in the development assessment process under the DA Rules,
