In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU22/0111) and on behalf of HL Nominees P/L
TTE & Lomas (SA) Investments P/L we hereby notify Council that the applicant is suspending the current period
in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that the applicant wishes to stop the current period for 20 business days to the 16th
December 2022.
