Waste Management Plan

The Development involves the relocation of 4 “Queenslander” style dwellings to the site and for the
dwellings to be renovated and repurposed into 6 Units.

The 4 dwellings for relocation have been carefully chosen to avoid asbestos. In addition waste items

identified prior to the relocation will be disposed of prior to relocating the dwellings to the site at 11 Opal
Street.

The developer anticipates a moderate amount of waste that will require management which might
include, old floor coverings, bathroom and kitchen cabinetry and tiles, window coverings etc.

Items that can be refurbished will be re-incorporated in the development and remain on site. Where
appropriate items that cannot practically be used in the development that are considered to have value
will be offered to second hand dealers and scrap merchants such as “Pomona New and Recycled” 25 Hill
