SITE NOTES

- All household sewage and waste to be discharged
to local authority sewerage mains.

~ Surface water to be discharged by natural fall
of the ground and cut-off drains.

- Site excavation shall be such that a 900mm wide
by 1:20 grade exists around perimeter of building.

- Roof rainwater shall be discharged
via PVC stormwater pipes as shown
or as required by local authority

- Spoon drains to be cut to toe of all batters
that fall toward dwelling to ensure ponding of
surface water does not occur on building platform.
