Dear Noosa Council,

App Reference No. MCU20/0115

Body Corporate for Sunset cove Noosa CTS 24208 (6-10 Robert Street) object to the Airbnb at 3 Robert Street, Noosaville on the basis:

  * Potential noise disturbance – pool / deck at front of house – thus noise permeation
  *   Carparking issues
  * Difficult to enforce the by-laws given that the tenants will be swapping and changing incessantly

Thank you,

Kind regards,

Kyle Lees | Body Corporate Manager

He has been speaking to Russell Leary – onsite from Culgoa.
There is a property located across the road from Sunset and Beside Russel’s place that has been turned into an Air B&B.

They want to lodge a complaint with council on behalf of all 12 Lot owners – in relation to this. Can you please call him ASAP.
