Council has noticed that the above works have been completed/certified but without obtaining the planning approval (GIA - $631) as required. Council’s planning officer had provided information to the previous owner that Council approval would be required for the works.
Can you please provide your intentions in relation to submitting the appropriate approval in writing/email by Friday 29 January 2021.
