 For the closest residential to the north, west and south of the proposed refurbished Sunshine Beach
 Surf Life Saving Club the combined noise of all of the continuous noise sources complies with the
 noise limits for the complete 24-hour day. Therefore, for all continuous noise sources, no additional
 noise control measures are required.


Time Varying Noise Sources

For the time varying noise sources, their noise limits are 62, 61 and 60 dB(A) LAeq,adj,T for the daytime,
evening and night-time respectively. The different time varying noise source levels at the closest
residential has been calculated as follows:

      • closest residential to the north:

               o patrons, The Deck:    70 dB(A) LAeq,adj,T @ 10m – 17 (separation distance of 70
                                       metres) = 53 dB(A);
