PLANTING PHILOSOPHY

Planting to the David Low Way streetscape and site frontage will consist
primarily of native coastal species to reflect the character of the nearby
Peregian Beach village. Plants will include Cupaniopsis, Pandanus, Banksia
and Callistemons and Grevilleas suitable for the site and it's soils.
Elsewhere plantings will be kept simple with the aim of providing a low
maintenance environment while also reflecting the need for screening and
privacy of units and the maintenance of views to the beach and hinterland
from the top floor balconnies. Species will consist primarily of bamboo and
raphis palms to provide a tropical atmosphere interspersed with other
screening and feature plants such as lillypillies, mock orange, agapanthus
and other hardy species.

A full list of species and a planting plan will be provided at construction.
