preparation of ecological assessment reports, species management plans, environmental management and
rehabilitation plans, seed collection strategies and environmental landscape plans. She has also written and
delivered training workshops in plant identification.

Kelly is a suitably qualified person to undertake EVNT flora surveys under the protected plants flora survey
guidelines. Kelly’s applicable point scores are shown below in Table 1 and her CV is provided in Appendix 5.
